When you visit our profile, we process your interactions with us (e.g. the content of messages, enquiries, posts or comments that you send to us or leave on our profile or when you like or share our posts) as well as your publicly visible profile data (e.g. your name and profile picture). Which personal data from your profile is publicly visible depends on your profile settings, which you can adjust yourself in your settings on the platform.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The data processing is carried out in the interest of our public relations and communication as well as the optimisation of our company and product presentation. If your contact is aimed at the conclusion of a contract (or is related to an existing contract), the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
The provider of the platform is LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland (‘LinkedIn’).
